The process
The research process used by EZER stems from a proven methodology which is continually updated based on years of experience of its consultants and the changing needs of the labor market.
It develops in the following stages:

Preparation of research
  • Defining the need of the company to be intervened and if required to study and optimize its organization, on the basis of available managerial resources.
  • Drafting of the professional profile of the candidates to be searched, with respect to their: personal data, skills, experience, personality, attitudes.
  • Discussion and review of the professional profile of the candidates that are best suited to the needs of the customer.

Execution of research

  • Research for candidates by analytically exploring the market, using our sources of information, to identify the best individuals interested for the vacant positions.
  • Meeting with the client to analyze the results and to identify the final shortlist.
  • Presentation of the list of candidates previously agreed.
  • A thorough check of references.
Support to the client and the candidates
  • Facilitation of meetings between client and candidates.
  • Assistance during final negotiations with the successful applicant for the definition of employment conditions.
  • Assistance to the hired candidate during the critical period before and after resignation and during the first 6 months of work.
